Care and Support job roles

Care that feels personal. Support that feels human.
At MHA, care is never just a task list. It is the chance to build relationships that matter, offer comfort when it is needed most, and help older people live later life their way.
We are proud to be one of the leading providers of care homes and retirement living across Great Britain. With 95% of our homes and retirement housing with care schemes rated Good or Outstanding by the CQC, we are committed to delivering care that treats every person as the individual they are.
We use digital care plans across our services, helping you to spend more time with residents and less time on paperwork. It means the care you deliver is more personal, more connected and exactly where it matters most – alongside the people you support.
When you join one of our care or support teams, you become part of a community built on kindness, respect and compassion.
You will be the reason someone feels safe, valued and at home – every single day.
The roles that help us care
We have a wide range of care careers available – whether you are just starting out or looking to build on your experience:

Care Assistants
Supporting daily living, offering companionship, and providing personal care with dignity.

Support Workers
Helping residents stay independent, active and connected to what matters to them.

Senior Care Assistants
Guiding care teams and helping shape the quality of life we deliver.
