- Experienced in community services, voluntary sector leadership, or managing support teams
- Passionate about supporting older people to live fuller, richer lives
- Skilled at motivating teams, building relationships and leading by example
- Organised, commercially aware and confident managing budgets and compliance
- Creative, resilient and ready to make a lasting difference in your local area.
