Community Group Management job roles

MHA team at a community-event

Lead local communities where older people feel seen, heard and connected

We believe that everyone deserves to feel part of something.

Our community groups bring older people together to share experiences, build friendships and enjoy later life – and behind every thriving group is a passionate, purposeful manager making it all happen.

When you join our Communities Management team, you will be leading with heart and vision.

You will create spaces where older people feel less isolated, more connected and truly supported – helping them live later life well, in the communities they love.
