Deliver care that truly makes a difference

Nursing is about more than clinical expertise. It is about dignity, connection, trust and compassion – every day, for every person.

As one of the UK’s leading charity care providers, we are proud that 95% of our services are rated Good or Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

And at the heart of that success are our nurses – passionate, skilled professionals who help older people live later life well.

If you are looking for a nursing job in social care where you can use your skills to change lives, you will find a home here.

We are proud to invest in our nurses.

A wide range of professional development opportunities are available, including specialist areas such as nurse prescribing and advanced dementia care.

We also support carers and senior carers who are registered nurses in other countries to prepare for and complete their OSCE exams, helping them join the UK nursing register and return to the profession they love.
