Lead communities where later life is lived well

Our retirement living communities are places where older people find independence, connection and peace of mind.

As a Housing Manager or Registered Care Manager, you will help bring that to life – leading teams, building vibrant communities, and making sure every resident feels safe, valued and supported.

When you join us, you are not just managing buildings or services. You are creating places where older people can live later life with dignity, freedom and joy.

Two pathways to make a difference

Housing Managers

In our retirement living communities, our Housing Managers oversee independent living environments where residents live in their own homes, supported by a safe, well-run setting.

You will focus on building community spirit, maintaining high standards, supporting tenancy management, and making sure residents feel secure and connected.

Registered Care Managers

In our Housing with Care schemes, residents have access to both housing and personal care support.

As a Registered Care Manager, you will lead both the housing and the care elements, ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centred care alongside safe, comfortable accommodation.

Whichever pathway you follow, your leadership will help older people live the life they choose – safely, independently and with pride.
