Salary £12.74 per hour

For this role, we are currently considering candidates who live within approximately 15 miles of the Care Home. This ensures commutes are manageable and support your wellbeing and work-life balance. About the role

As an Activities Co-ordinator at MHA you will join our team and work within the Home to provide activity opportunities for our residents.

Duties will be varied and include working in conjunction with the senior team to plan and run a programme of activities for the residents linked to assessed social needs identified in care plans whilst also maintaining and promoting activities that older people enjoy and find stimulating. Every day will be different, and you will have the opportunity to use your skills to make a real difference.

About you

We are looking for a proactive and forward-thinking Activities Co-ordinator to join our team to work within the Home to provide activity opportunities for our residents. Your ability to design and facilitate group activities is essential. You will have a kind, warm and caring nature and be able to work well as part of a team but also use your own initiative.
