About the role
Being a senior nurse at MHA means you will be influencing the quality of the clinical care environment by providing support, educational input and development activities for mentors and learners. You will support and supervise for MHA's Care Practitioner programmes which ultimately lead to practice development and improved services for people using our services.
You will provide support to the management team and other senior team members in all aspects of the home. You will work within policy guidelines ensuring that all relevant legislation, MHAs Policies and Procedures and Professional Codes of Practice are adhered to.
The post holder will provide support to members of the team and carries responsibility for the assessment of care needs, the development, implementation, and evaluation of care and setting standards. This will include the delivery of the care practitioner programme to enhance the clinical skills of care practitioners.
