Property Data Analyst based in Derby

Permanent - 37 hours per week - Hybrid Working

Salary £40,185 per annum (pro rata for part time)

As a Data Analyst in our Strategic Asset Management team, you’ll turn complex data into clear insights that guide how we maintain, invest in, and improve our properties and services.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining and developing asset databases, analysing stock condition and compliance data, identifying trends in repairs, and supporting strategic decisions around planned maintenance, sustainability, and value for money.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across Property, Compliance, Finance, and the wider business, ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance across all systems.
