Available Hours:

Various hours available  - full time (Can be flexible in start and finish times, must work alternate weekends, 7.5 hour days across the week)

Salary £12.90 per hour

For this role, we are currently considering candidates who live within approximately 15 miles of the Care Home. This ensures commutes are manageable and support your wellbeing and work-life balance. About the role

As a Housekeeper at MHA, you will contribute to the support offered to residents by maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the Home. In nursing homes, you will be responsible for the cleaning of all parts of the Home including resident's bedrooms or flats.

Duties will be varied and include prioritising workloads, managing stock, oversee, organise and supervise our auxiliary teams, to ensure all hygiene standards are met and therefore contributing to the welcoming and warm feel of this home. Every day will be different, and you will have the opportunity to use your skills to make a real difference.

About you

We are looking for a proactive and forward-thinking individual who has a passion for quality housekeeping. As part of a committed team, you will contribute to the support offered to MHA residents by maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout our vibrant Care Home. You will have experience in leading and managing a team.

You will have a kind, warm and caring nature and be able to work well as part of a team but also use your own initiative.
