Accounts Payable Assistant based at Epworth House, Derby.
Permanent - 37 hours per week - Monday - Friday
Hybrid working model
Salary £28,500 per annum (pro rata for part time)
An exciting opportunity has become available for a passionate, dynamic, and forward-thinking individual to join us on a permanent basis within the Accounts Payable Team at MHA.
Working within a well established team, this role will see the successful candidate showcase their accounts payable skills, processing invoices & managing a portfolio of supplier & employee expense accounts.
Whether you are experienced in Accounts Payable or Accounts Administration we would love to hear from you.

You don’t need to come from a charity background, just bring your skills, passion and commitment.
- Experience in finance, accounts, or administration is essential.
- Comfortable using finance systems and confident in excel
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A natural communicator who can collaborate and solve queries with care and clarity
- You are aligned with our values and understand the importance of balancing compassion with financial responsibility.
Purpose of Position
The purpose of the role is supporting the wider Accounts payable Team by being the first port of contact for AP queries from both suppliers & internal colleagues across MHA.
Building relationships with our internal & external stakeholders to ensure settlement of invoices is achieved in a timely manner and the correct processes are adhered to.
