  • Help maintain the security of the home at all times.
  • Promote the good reputation of the home through professional conduct and customer service.
  • Attend staff and client meetings, training and mandatory courses as required.

About you

You will bring:

  • Telephone and reception experience, or equivalent customer-facing experience.
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office or similar IT systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • A pleasant, professional manner and smart presentation.
  • A team-focused approach with the ability to use your own initiative.
  • An interest in supporting older people and living out MHA’s values.
