Marketing Business Partner based in Derby with Nationwide Travel
37 hours per week with 2 days in Derby office
Salary £38,725 - £45,295 per annum following successful completion of 6-month probation

About the role
The objective of this role is to deliver MHA’s operating performance in terms of occupancy including income, sales and participation across all Retirement Living and Housing schemes.
This role will provide dedicated marketing support to a portfolio of schemes, driving awareness, generating high-quality sales leads, and supporting occupancy targets through local marketing plans and multi-channel campaigns including digital advertising and SEO

About You
You will have proven experience in a marketing role, ideally in property, housing, retirement living, or a similar customer-focused sector with experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital and offline). With a strong understanding of PPC campaign setup and optimisation you will have a working knowledge of digital advertising tools, techniques, and analytics platforms. Ideally you will be educated to degree level and have the ability to travel extensively across the UK.
