Help shape digital services that support people to live later life well

At MHA, everything we do starts with people. For more than 80 years, we have supported older people to live with independence, dignity and purpose. Our Retirement Living services are an important part of that mission, and digital technology plays a growing role in helping residents feel informed, confident and connected.

We are looking for a Retirement Living Digital Solution Support Analyst to support the systems that underpin our housing management and resident engagement services. This is a role where your technical skills will make a real difference to everyday lives.

About the role

You will support the implementation, day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of our key digital platforms, including Homemaster and My Home. These systems will support billing, case management and resident self-service across Retirement Living.

You will work closely with colleagues across Retirement Living, Finance and Technology to ensure our systems are accurate, reliable and easy to use. You will also help residents and colleagues feel confident using digital tools that promote transparency, independence and choice.

This is a varied role combining system support, data quality, reporting and user support, with opportunities to contribute to system improvements and future developments.

What you will be doing

  • Supporting colleagues to use Homemaster and other digital systems confidently and effectively.
  • Helping to maintain accurate housing, billing and resident data.
  • Working with system suppliers and internal teams to test updates, resolve issues and improve functionality.
  • Supporting the resident-facing My Home platform and helping improve digital engagement.
  • Producing reports that support financial processes, performance monitoring and compliance.
  • Creating and maintaining clear, accessible guidance and training materials.
  • Listening to feedback from colleagues and residents and helping turn it into practical improvements.

For mor information please see job description

About you

You will enjoy working with systems and data, but you will also care about the people who rely on them. You are patient, organised and confident explaining things in a clear, supportive way.

You will bring:

  • Experience supporting business systems, ideally within housing, care or finance.
  • Confidence working with sensitive customer and financial data.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • The ability to work independently while collaborating with colleagues across teams.
  • A genuine commitment to high-quality, person-centred services and continuous improvement.

Experience with housing management systems or resident portals is welcome, but not essential. What matters most is your willingness to learn and your belief in using digital tools to make life better for others.

Why work for MHA

When you join MHA, you become part of a charity that puts people before process and compassion before convenience. We will support your development, value your contribution, and give you the opportunity to do work that has real meaning.

In return, we offer:

  • A supportive and inclusive working culture.
  • Opportunities to learn, grow and develop your skills.
  • The chance to be part of services that truly enhance later life.
