Marketing Business Partner based in Derby with Nationwide Travel

37 hours per week with 2 days in Derby office

Salary £38,725 - £45,295 per annum following successful completion of 6-month probation

About the role

This is a commercially driven role with clear accountability for occupancy performance across a portfolio of Retirement Living and Housing schemes. You will generate high-quality leads, drive income and support sales through targeted, results-focused marketing activity.

As Marketing Business Partner, you will work closely with Sales & Lettings Managers and Scheme Managers to turn occupancy targets into action. Through locally tailored marketing plans and integrated campaigns — blending digital and traditional channels — you will drive enquiries, increase footfall and support the conversion of interest into move-ins.

About You

We are seeking a full-spectrum marketer who can translate commercial targets into integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels. From planning and running PPC campaigns and SEO activity to producing marketing materials and executing local advertising and events, you will know how to combine tactics effectively to drive measurable enquiries and conversions.

You will have proven experience in a marketing role, ideally in property, housing, retirement living, or a similar customer-focused sector with experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns. It is essential to have a balance of offline and online experience with a strong understanding of stakeholder collaboration, community engagement and hands-on campaign execution

Ideally you will be educated to degree level and have the ability to travel extensively across the UK.
