About MHA

MHA’s mission is to deliver trusted, high-quality care and support services that enrich the lives of older people. With decades of experience, MHA is committed to providing compassionate and highly-rated care and support, tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, ensuring dignity, respect, and a positive impact in every community we serve.

About the role

This is a commercially focused marketing role supporting the sale and occupancy of MHA’s Retirement Living apartments.

Working closely with our internal estate agency and sales team, you will drive local demand for our developments — generating high-quality leads, increasing viewings, and supporting the conversion of enquiries into sales.

You will take ownership of marketing activity across a portfolio of schemes, combining digital campaigns with hands-on local activity to ensure strong visibility in each community. This includes targeted online advertising, SEO, local partnerships, events, and on-site promotion.

Success in this role will be measured by your ability to grow enquiries, strengthen the sales pipeline, and increase occupancy across your schemes.

About You

You will have experience in a commercially focused marketing role, ideally within property, housing, retirement living, or a similar environment. However, we also welcome candidates from other sectors who can demonstrate strong transferable skills.

You will be confident delivering multi-channel marketing activity across digital and offline channels, with a clear understanding of how to generate interest and support customer decision-making.

You’ll bring a proactive and adaptable approach, with a strong sense of commercial awareness and an interest in how marketing contributes to enquiries, sales, and occupancy.

Ideally, you will be educated to degree level and have the flexibility to travel extensively across the UK.

We are looking for:

  • Experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns, with a focus on generating enquiries or leads
  • A strong understanding of how to attract and convert customers in a competitive, locally driven market
  • Experience with digital advertising and analytics (e.g. PPC, paid social, SEO), and the ability to optimise performance
  • The ability to plan and deliver local, on-the-ground off-line marketing activity such as events, partnerships, and community engagement
  • A commercial mindset, with an understanding of how marketing supports sales, occupancy, or revenue outcomes

Experience in property, housing, healthcare, retail, hospitality, or other customer-focused sectors would be advantageous, but is not essential
