Repairs and Maintenance Data Co-ordinator based at Derby

37 hours per week (Hybrid working 2/3 days per week in Central Support Office, Derby)

Salary - £33,410 per annum 

About the role

To support the Repairs and Maintenance Manager to provide accessible information and analysis of data.

To collate and analyse a wide range of repairs, maintenance and compliance data and provide reports.

To support the Repairs and Maintenance Manager and Strategic Asset Management Team in ensuring data is up to date and accurate.

To attend meeting with various contractors and suppliers, presenting data as required and liaising with members of the property team to ensure actions are completed in a timely and compliant manner.

About you

An understanding of building assets and property survey techniques.

Experience of asset management databases.

Fully conversant with the Microsoft Office suite of programmes, in particular skilled in the use of Excel.

Working Knowledge of a property based asset management service and technical regulatory standards.
