Support Services Administrator (Hybrid Working) based in Derby

Salary - £26,312 per annum - 37 hours per week

Hybrid working 2/3 days per week in Derby

The role of Support Services Administrator is an exciting, varied and busy role – You will be the main point of contact for our Property Team, and will receive calls and emails to provide support on a variety of Estates related queries such as repairs, servicing and purchase orders for all of the homes and schemes in your area. You will also be responsible for ensuring all of the compliance paperwork for your homes and schemes is in order.

The office is based in Derby and the team work flexibly under a hybrid model both in the office and at home. For the first 4 weeks of the role you will be 100% office based to aid with training.

Who we’re looking for:

We are looking for someone who has experience in property or customer services. Confident in effectively resolving queries over the telephone and by email. Someone organised, methodical, with great attention to detail and computer literate.
