37 hours per week (Hybrid working 1 day per in Derby (office working during first 2 weeks training)
Salary £33,401 rising to £35,001 after 6 months’ probation

About the role
As Payroll Advisor at MHA, you will play a key role in delivering payroll and pensions as part of a team accurately and on time through an in-house monthly payroll.
Reporting to the Deputy Payroll and Pensions Manager, you will as a team, as well as working alongside our Recruitment and Onboarding and People Systems teams.
You’ll be comfortable operating in a complex, fast-moving environment, managing multiple workstreams. You will have an eye for detail and at least 2 years payroll experience.
- Process Payroll and Pensions data associated with the end-to-end employee lifecycle in accordance with MHA process, policy and compliance.
- Provide initiatives for process improvements along with payroll complex technical support to investigate and resolve pay queries.
- To liaise with Homes and Schemes enabling the correct administration of Payrolls
- Pensions administration, opt ins, Opt outs and submit pension contributions monthly and check validation messages
- Run reports and check data
- Support the Deputy Payroll and Pensions Manager
