Surveying Manager (Hybrid Working) North
37 hours per week (working from Epworth House, Derby 2 days per week)
£65,000 per annum plus £7,000 car allowance
For this position, the post‑holder will be homebased with responsibility for surveying properties located across the following areas:
- Midlands
- North West
- The North
- Yorkshire
Making every home a place of comfort, dignity and safety, as Surveying Manager you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our Care Homes and Retirement Living Schemes enable people to live later life well.
Responsible for our Northern operating area, you will lead a small team of surveyors, overseeing the delivery of investment programmes, building surveying and diagnostics, developing specifications and scopes of work, ensuring compliance checks and remedials are discharged and generally contributing to all things property
You will work closely with contractors, consultants, and internal colleagues to deliver effective, efficient, and compliant surveying services, and be the link between strategy and delivery.
